Athlete Registration Information and Rates Summary

Airport Shuttle

The Ottawa International airport is 1.5 hrs away from the Event Site and the Athletes Village at Wilderness Tours. The cost is $99 one way per person for a pick up at YOW.

Camping

Camping at the Wilderness Tours Resort (Athletes Village) is complimentary for all ICF accredited athletes and support staff. Athletes and support staff have the option to make their own meals or purchase a meal package for $25/ day / person from Wilderness Tours. Spectators who are staying on the Wilderness Tours Resort must be on a meal package ($25/day spectator rate).

Accommodation Rentals

A wide rage on accommodation rentals are available aside from camping at Wilderness Tours. To view all the accommodation options please click here. Note: 2 week minimum rental on all accommodations.

Off site options, there are a number of hotels that have partnered with the event and are giving preferred rates. You can find the full list of hotel partners at this link.

River Shuttles

There will be daily complimentary shuttles to the event site as well as the put in and take out of the Ottawa River. The full schedule for river/event shuttles is located here when it becomes available.

Meals

Accredited Competitor and Support Staff who are staying on site at Wilderness Tours may cook their own meals if they choose. All others spectators staying at Wilderness Tours must be on a meal package.

All meal packages include: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Competitor Meal Package: $25/day
Spectator Meal Package: $39/day
